Tragic plane crash in Philadelphia one day after DC disaster sparks fury and questions

Asmall plane crashed in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday, creating a fiery scene and prompting an urgent response from emergency crews. The incident occurred less than 3 miles (4.8 kilometers) from Northeast Philadelphia Airport, a facility primarily used for business jets and charter flights. Pennsylvania GovernorJosh Shapiro confirmed the crash, stating that all available state resources are being deployed to assist in the response.

The timing of the crash has sparked outrage and questions, coming just one day after a separate aviation disaster in Washington, D.C. Flight data revealed that the small jet took off from the airport at 6:06 p.m. but disappeared from radar approximately 30 seconds later after reaching an altitude of 1,600 feet (487 meters).
