There’s more to King Charles’ failure to answer Prince Harry’s calls

After news broke that King Charles isn’t taking calls from Prince Harry and that the “royal rift” happening between Harry and his brother, William, isn’t getting any better, royal insiders are saying that the royal family is doing the only thing it can by ignoring the Duke of Sussex.

Author Tom Quinn told The Mirror that because of royal decorum, that signature stiff upper lip, and wanting to keep things from getting even worse, King Charles’s lack of public comments is the only thing that he can do as a father and a monarch.

“Despite Harry’s attacks on the royal family his father has avoided responding by attacking his son publicly, but privately, King Charles is furious. So much so that he is now refusing to take calls from his son.”
