The legal situation surrounding Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is becoming increasingly tense. In addition to the charges of sexual abuse and rape against him, there are the various statements from those involved in his legal process. It is for this reason that Combs, through his legal team, has asked the judge to apply a kind of ‘gag order’ and thus limit public interventions.
According to TMZ, ‘Diddy’ Combs is upset by the continued media appearances of Courtney Burgess, one of the witnesses, who has given several statements to the press. Therefore, the artist’s defense is now asking that the words of those involved in the process be restricted outside the courtroom.
