Demi Moore gives good news about Bruce Willis as he battles dementia and reveals her effort not to give up on him
Demi Moore has opened up about her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ health as he continues his battle with frontotemporal dementia. During an appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” the 61-year-old actress reflected on her connection with Willis and how their family has rallied together during these challenging times.
Barrymore took a moment to remember their time working on the 2003 film Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, where Willis made a brief cameo
“When we did Charlie’s Angels, Bruce came and played on it, and he opens up the film. And we got to work with him,” Barrymore recalled.
“I mean, I used to know him when he was a bartender at Cafe Central!. I’ve known him my whole life, too. How is he right now?”
Moore replied: “Given the givens, he’s in a stable place.”
Moore and Willis, who were married from 1987 to 2000, have remained close, sharing three daughters-Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. Despite their divorce, their bond has stayed strong over the years, and Moore has remained involved in Willis’ life and family events, including his marriage to Emma Heming Willis.
The two families have blended seamlessly, with Moore often participating in special occasions alongside Willis, Emma, and their two daughters, Mabel and Evelyn. The closeness of their family became especially clear in 2020 when they all quarantined together in Idaho during the pandemic, showing how united they’ve remained through thick and thin.
