Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are not rekindling their romance, despite being seen together with their children over the weekend. Although they shared a friendly lunch, sources confirm that the couple is continuing with their divorce and focusing on co-parenting.
A source told PEOPLE that the recent gathering was all about the kids.
“They all came together for a fun lunch so the kids could hang out,” the insider told PEOPLE Magazine.
The lunch took place at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel, with Affleck’s children Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, joining Lopez’s twins, Max and Emme, both 16.
Affleck’s 18-year-old daughter Violet, now attending Yale University, was not present but had spent time with Lopez in New York earlier in the summer.
