AGT dancer Emily Gold’s tragic decease confirmed: Cause of death revealed as heartbreaking details emerge
he heartbreaking cause of death for 17-year-old dancer and America’s Got Talent contestant Emily Gold has been confirmed. Gold, a standout performer from Los Osos High School in Southern California, tragically died by suicide on Friday, Sept. 13. The San Bernardino Coroner’s Office confirmed her death, leaving her community and fans in deep mourning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Gold was found in the carpool lane on the eastbound 210 freeway, where she was struck by a vehicle. Officer Rodrigo Jimenez shared that officers responded to reports of “a pedestrian down in lanes,” and upon arriving at the scene, they discovered the young dancer had already succumbed to her injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
